PRICING INFO:
***Child is considered 12 years and under. Children under 2 years old are permitted to attend for free, but must remain seated on a lap at all times.

FSU Students Free in Section B Only - Limited Availability - Must Show FSU ID at the Circus ticket booth to receive a ticket and be admitted into the event.
FSU Student ticket distribution will start 1.5 hours prior to each show.
ALL FSU STUDENTS SEEKING A FREE TICKET MUST HAVE A VALID FSU ID TO ACQUIRE A TICKET. Any FSU student without a ticket will not be admitted (or re-admitted) into the Circus. There are a limited number of free FSU student tickets available per performance and they will be distributed on a first come-first serve basis. FSU students should arrive early in order to secure a ticket for admittance. Gates open one hour prior to show time.
IF GRANTED A FREE TICKET, FSU STUDENTS WILL ONLY BE SEATED IN SECTION B. There will be no free FSU student tickets issued in Section A. If your party includes paying customers and an FSU student seeking a free ticket, please purchase the non-FSU student tickets in Section B to have the opportunity to be seated with your FSU student. FSU students may only sit in Section A by purchasing a ticket.

FSU Faculty and Staff are able to take advantage of our FSU employee discount. Receive a $2 off per ticket discount to all spring series performances. Discount may be applied to both Adult and Child priced tickets, in all sections, for all spring 2023 performances of COSMIC. The discount can be applied to online, phone, or walk-up sales. FSU Faculty or Staff ID must be shown at the door when ticket is scanned. One ID is needed per group. No ticket purchase limits.

Duration:

Each of our shows, are roughly 2 hours long including a 15-minute intermission.

Box Office Hours
Open: 1 Hour prior to show
Close: 1/2 hour after start of performance*
*Box Office supervisors will be on duty for guests attending the show until after the first 30 minutes of the performance.

Food & Beverages:

Delicious refreshments and snacks such as; popcorn, candy, soda and water are sold at concession near the entrance of the tent.

Merchandise:

Located in a special tent near the entrance of the circus, official Flying High Circus merchandise will be available for purchase.

Please note the following:

• The temperature inside the Big Top is not controlled.
• Photography is allowed, but only from your seat, and without flash.
• Smoking is not permitted in the Big Top.
• Mobile phones must be turned off, or set to vibrate during the show.
• Pets are not allowed. Service Animals are welcome.
• Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are offered on site.

Parking

Parking lot 319 on the corner of Chieftan Way and W. Pensacola St. is reserved for circus patrons. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Tickets may be exchanged for alternate dates or seating locations of the same show. Please contact the Fine Arts Ticket Office at tickets@fsu.edu or (850) 644-6500 no later than 24 hours prior to the event to request an exchange. Exchanges are not guaranteed and based on availability. 

Tickets cannot be exchanged between events as each show is unique and funds are not transferable from one event to another. Exchanges are only available for tickets of the same price type, and does not apply for exchanging into a discounted price. Discounts do not apply to previously purchased tickets. If the exchange is for a higher-priced ticket, the customer is responsible for the difference in cost. If the exchange is for a lower-priced ticket, the difference will not be refunded per the No Refunds policy. Additional delivery fees may apply for exchanged tickets. *Tickets purchased through third-party ticketing sites are not eligible for ticket exchanges or refunds.
*Complimentary tickets cannot be exchanged.

EXCHANGE FEES
$5 per-ticket fee for any exchanges.

• Clear bags are not required buy encouraged. 
• Bags are inspected prior to entry to the venue.
• We ask to not bring bags larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12" as space can be limited.
